Individual Counseling

I offer online counseling for adults (18+) facing a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, stress, trauma, and personal growth. When appropriate, I incorporate EMDR therapy to support the processing of traumatic experiences, helping clients heal and build greater resilience for the future.

Supervision

I provide professional supervision to LPC Associates in Texas, supporting their development as they work toward full licensure. Our work together focuses on strengthening clinical skills, deepening self-awareness, and ensuring ethical, effective practice. Reiki
